The trailer for Trey Songz’ documentary, My Moment, premiered last after the BET Awards.

The actual show premieres on tonight (Tuesday).

I’m just getting back to Bmore from broadcasting in LA for the 2010 BET Awards. Special thanks to 92Q, BET, and Interscope Records.

I must say seeing the awards show live from the Shrine Auditorium is a BUG difference from seeing it on TV. If yall could only see the stuff that went in during the comercials…anyhoo, thats a whole different post. For now, lets just recap the award performances.

Lauryn Hill performed recently at the Harmony Festival in Santa Rose, California.

It’s been over ten years since we saw L-Boogie perform songs from her 1998 album “The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill” looks like she ready to make a comeback into the music industry.

Lauryn also schedule to perform over the summer at the “Rock The Bells” tour.

Lil Wayne is still a wanted man in Arizona, while he is locked up in Rikers in NYC.

Hip Hop Wired Reports:

As previously reported Wayne was arrested in 2008 in Yuma, Arizona after authorities searched his tour bus and found a loaded hand gun, marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy.

He previously pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Now however Weezy’s changing his tune and appeared on a live video feed to plead guilty to one count of possession of a dangerous drug.

His guilty plea is part of a plea deal with prosecutors that will drop the charges of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, misconduct involving weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia against him.

Instead of jail time Weezy now faces 36 months probation.

He is scheduled to be released from Rikers Island in November.

The Dream is doing his promo run for new album, Love King, set to drop later this month (If you missed my interview with Hamburgerlar, I’ll post it the dray the album drops). Well not only is dishing about his new album, he also is speaking about Ciara’s forthcoming cd, Basic Instinct.

Parlour: You’ve just finished writing Ciara’s entire new album too. Is this really her last shot at pop stardom?

The-Dream: I think so. You only get so many times to, and I won’t say fail, but not achieve. There’s an expectation of where Ciara should be in her career. To others, she’s achieved but not to us, because we saw where her career was headed. But now she’s back on the horse. When she first came out I, like Lil Jon and Jazze Pha, understood exactly who she was. It was that whole Atlanta vibe because if i’m not Atlanta, no one is. I knew if I had a chance to get with her creatively, there’s a specific type of swagger that she’s got. Tricky and I did her whole album, but it’s not all shallow songs like “Ride.” There’s play time but there’s substance too, it’s a great listen.
