Nicki Minaj joined forces with Will.I.Aint Am for, Check It Out, which will appear on her Pink Friday album, due in November.

“We’re doing an ode almost to Japanese anime,” Minaj told MTV News about the highly stylized animation style while on the Los Angeles set of the video. “I’m obviously a big fan, and I’ve joined forces with the only boy that I know that’s able to capture that culture.”

One of Drake’s bodyguard may have to dish out some coins after attacking a fan in Florida.

For someone to be in jail, Lil Wayne sure is doing alot-releasing an album, recording verses for remixes, and now even calling into MTV. (Shouts out to his team because they are still working).

MTV launched their brand new daily show “The Seven” on Monday with in-studio guests Drake and Justin Timberlake, plus Lil Wayne, who called up the network on his 28th birthday for an interview from Rikers Island.
