For the fans of Val (well Stacey Dash) on Vh1′s ‘Single Ladies’, you may want to grab some tissue. For the past couple of weeks now, the rumor has been that Dash was fired. According to Dash, that is NOT the case. She has decided to exit stage left.

In an interview with Global Grind, Dash says “I truly enjoyed playing Val on ‘Single Ladies’, but I have decided to leave the show. I have to be back in LA with my children right now and the ‘Single Ladies’ shooting location makes that impossible. I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show and in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in season one.”

Hmmmmmm….Is this way her of saving face? But, who is really gonna say they got fired?

VH1 also released a statement addressing Stacey leaving the show.

“VH1 respects Stacey’s decision and her commitment to what she feels is best for her family. We thank her for all of her hard work in making ‘Single Ladies’ a success right out of the gate, and we wish her nothing but the best in her future plans.”

A new mexico cop has been caught with his pants down, literally. USA Today reports that a surveillance camera set up by Santa Fe County officials, recorded an unidentified officer having sex with a woman while in uniform.

Monica (or Mrs Brown) is set to deliver “New Life” on November 8th (for now, we’re talking about the album, but I’m sure some other “new life” could be on the way too). During a recent interview with HipHollywood, Monica dished a little details on the new album.

“It reflects all the different moments…we just singing. There are alot of ballads on the album. so, we definitely are gonna go back to the songs that i remember most about my years in the game.”

Monica also gives details about the ‘Anything’ situation involving Lil Kim.

T.I.’s lawyer, Jonathan Leonard should be smacked in his mouth for misleading us yesterday.

TMZ reports, that T.I. is free. The King of The South, has been released from the Arkansas jail this morning at 7:29pm. He went to Twitter immediately following his release.

Tip is en route to either a community living facility or home confinement.

T.I. was originally scheduled to be released on September 29.

T.I. will also do a reality show on Vh1 upon his release, get the details after the jump.

T.I. fans may want to start drying their eyes now. Despite the rumors that the King of The South, T.I. will be released from prison tomorrow, Tip’s lawyer has just confirmed that it will NOT happen.
