Insiders claim David is ready to get married but Jennifer keeps dragging her feet.

The source claims Jennifer promised David she would begin planning their wedding after William Balfour’s murder trial but she hasn’t kept her word.

The insider says David is starting to believe marriage isn’t a priority for Jennifer and that if she doesn’t marry him soon it’s a wrap.
