This weekend’s Fat Laces And Fades concert in downtown Baltimore was undeniably one of the hottest shows of the year. The lineup included some of the heavy-hitting pioneers of hip hop music including Big Daddy Kane, MC Lyte, Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick and Whodini. DJ Reggie Reg and 92Q’s KiKi Brown hosted the show. Robin Razzi was there to capture it all.

It seems that this Kim/Keys vs Nicki Minaj thing ain’t going nowhere, anytime soon.

After Kim’s performance at Sonar this past weekend, Kim & Keys took it back to the tour bus…to have a little one-on-one about female unity, and how Nicki didn’t pay homage.

I could be wrong, but the HAA HAA in all of this, is that Nicki isn’t saying a word. To be honest with you, this whole “barbie beef” is getting quite, L-A-T-E! Can we all just create good music.

Lil Wayne has 2 days left before he has to turn himself in (Rikers Island) to begin serving his year in jail on weapons charges. Since he was given a later date to turn himself in (due to dental surgery…*blank stare*), Weezy has popped on Twitter (@liltunechi) and Ustream to communicate with fans.

Last night, Weezy and DJ Scoob Doo, sent MTV News a clip called, “Nino Brown: The Road to Rikers, Part 1“.

According to MTV, Wayne will be shooting footage right up until he goes to court on Tuesday —stay posted!
