Adele, LMFAO, Lil Wayne, and Coldplay were BIG winners last night at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Airing live from the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, was a star studded event. Chris Brown and Usher performed with a special Whitney Houston tribute from John Legend and Jordin Sparks.

Over the weekend, 102.7 KIIS FM’s had their annual Wango Tango concert where Nicki Minaj took the stage. She performed her classic hits, plus new songs from Roman Reloaded.

Last week, Lil Mo, Common and Kindred Family Soul all performed at the charity event for Dr. Maya at the National Theater. TT Torrez hosted the event. It raised funds for the ‘See Forever Foundation’ and Maya Angelou’s Public Charter Schools in DC.

Lil Mo, who is pregnant with her 4th child, performed Whitney Houston’s ‘The Greatest Love of All’.

Who knew that the National Anthem would become the “IT” song? It has always been the song for our nation, but now we all watch and see if the person will KILL IT and do it justice or if it will be an epic fail!

The lovely songbird, Marsha Ambrosius, took her shot at singing it this weekend for the opening of the Mayweather vs. Cotto fight. Did Marsha KILL IT?

In her Roman Reloaded song with Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj spits that “only thing that’s ‘pop’ is my endorsement”. The YMCMB femcee was speaking of her deal with Pepsi, which she did her best to keep under the lid as much as possible. This morning, Nicki’s Pepsi commercial has been made available.
