For the 15th anniversary of the death of Notorious B.I.G. aka Christopher Wallace, Lil Kim returned to BET’s 106 & Park. On a day where it was supposed to be all about the love and legacy of Biggie, 106 & Park co-host, Rocsi, tried to get in a question about Kim’s arch nemisis Nicki Minaj, but Lil Kim was not having it. She quickly shut it down, and reminded Rocsi on why she was there. Kim also took the time to promote her upcoming album, and her feelings about ‘Notorious’. Kim was also a judge for ‘Freestyle Friday’.

For his first time since having his seizures, Rozay hit up BET’s 106 & Park. He spoke on the cause of his seizures, and his reaction to 50 Cent’s comments about his health.

“Understand me growing up and hearing about seizures, they can be violent, you bust vessels, you bite your tongue, and in my case, it wasn’t none of that. I felt a little wore out, but I felt like I could keep going and that’s what it was. I boarded a jet and I had another seizure, and when I snapped out of that one, I woke up in front of a doctor.”

Ross confirms that he is better now.

Last week, Webbie was banned from BET’s 106 & Park for allegedly telling co-host Rocsi that he was trying to do the “Pants off-Dance off’. Video has hit the net now of what seems to be a intoxicated Webbie making threats to beat up, Terrence J.

Webbie was a guest on BET’s 106 & Park’s Freestyle Friday, when his stay on there wasn’t very long. The video above shows Terrence J announcing that we won’t be seeing him on the show anymore. As of right now, it isn’t clear what exactly Webbie said to get banned. Word on the curb, Webbie told Rocsi that he was tryna fcuk. I guess Webbie heard how Rocsi “allegedly” gets down, and wanted to try his arm. Stay tuned.

One thing about K. Michelle when she sangs you are going to feel it, and you can best believe she is giving her all. Yesterday, K. Michelle was a guest on BET’s 106 & Park to talk about her work with Domestic Abuse, and to premiere her new video, How Many Times, off her album ‘Pain Medicine’.
