Usher’s younger brother, James Lackey, likes to beat on his baby mother and his child. Good thing he was arrested for it.

Reports are coming out that James Lackey was arrested on October 26 for beating up his baby mother, and abusing his child. No word on what led to arrest, but when police arrived at his house he was placed into custody. Lackey has been charged with charged with child cruelty and criminal battery. Earlier today, 80′s hip hop star, Christopher ‘Kid’ Reid was taken into custody after a warrant was issued for arrest. According to TMZ, the half member of the group, Kid ‘N Play, was arrested last year for drunk driving. He was sentenced to 3 years probation, ordered to complete an alcohol education program, attend 10 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and pay more than $1,400 in fines and penalties. On two seperate occassion, Reid missed 2 appearances in front of judge (which was apart of his probation).

At this time, Reid is still in custody. His bail was set at $26,000.

It seems as though Lil Wayne can’t stay too far away from law enforcement, its seems like every week we are posting something about either Wayne or someone close to him getting into incident with police…

According to multiple local news sources in Indiana, a couple of Lil Wayne’s security “officers” were arrested by actual police for impersonating law enforcement after a concert…

Using flashing lights and sirens to escort the tour bus of rapper Lil Wayne has landed two Indianapolis security guards in legal trouble. Ronald Harrod and Larry Richardson have been arrested and charged with impersonating police for the alleged act as they led a group of buses with the rapper and his entourage from Assembly Hall in Bloomington to a nightclub. Bloomington police allege the two were in an unmarked Ford Crown Victoria and wearing clothes that looked like police uniforms with gun belts. (WCSI News)

Officers talked to Richardson, who was driving the Crown Victoria. He was wearing a police-style uniform with sergeant stripes and a sewn-on officer badge. He also had a side arm, and in his car were a dashboard computer, handcuffs and a police interceptor. Officers asked him for ID, and he admitted he wasn’t a police officer. But, he said, he worked for a security company and had credentials to conduct an escort. Harrod was driving the Intrepid. He was wearing a police-style shirt and jacket and had a gun belt with a handgun and handcuffs. Harrod told police he worked for the security company and thought he could drive with his lights on. Police discovered his license was suspended. (IDS News)

Jim Jones was reportedly arrested earlier today in New York City and the paparazzi (TMZ) was there to catch the scene on video…

Jones arrested earlier this afternoon in SoHo after police pulled him over for driving in a bus lane. Upon checking his credentials the police saw that Jimmy was driving on a suspended license.

The license was suspended for failure to pay several tickets. One onlooker reportedly claims the cop said “I don’t care how many records you sell, you gotta pay your tickets.”

Jim was released after a couple of hours in the precinct and issued a desk appearance at a later date…but Jimmy wasn’t at all mad…he had this to say about NY’s Finest:

“I’m just an entertainer trying to make a living, they showed me total respect, every officer in there is a gentleman.”

Just moments ago a Fulton County Superior Court Judge has ordered that Radric Davis better known as Gucci Mane be remanded to prison for a violation of probation stemming from an arrest last year. The rapper’s attorney requested that the judge allow him to be on a ankle monitor however his probation officer fought vigorously to have him placed in custody for which the judge agreed.

Rapper Gucci Mane is facing a prison term of 17 months if he is in fact found guilty of the violation. Hip Hop Enquirer’s Dennis Byron was on the scene to bring this breaking news story. A hearing date has been set for January 24th, 2011 in Fulton County Superior Court.

It looks like Tameka “Miss Piggy” “Tiny” Cottle is in trouble. Even though T.I. may have got off easy with those drug charges in Los Angeles, but it doesn’t look like it will for her.

TMZ has learned the L.A. County District Attorney has charged T.I.’s wife, Tiny, for possessing the drug ecstasy when the couple was arrested on Sunset Strip last month. If convicted, Tiny faces a year in prison.

Just hours after the were arrested for posession of a controlled substance, Tiny took to Twitter to announce that her and T.I. had been released (even though early reports said they wouldn’t be out until Friday).

Since early reports of them being arrested for the posession of a “controlled substance”, TMZ has posted pictures of items found in the car which looks as if the Hip Hop couple were doing Sizzurp.

Maybe they had snowballs?? I think the weed and e pills may have been Tiny’s. It’s not like it would have been the first time. *blank stare*

According to the LA County Sheriff’s department, the charges T.I. faces include a minimum sentence of a year in state prison, in addition to fines that will be determined by a judge.

According to AllHipHop Foxy Brown’s brother, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand was reportedly arrested over the weekend on credit card fraud!

Gavin Marchand was arrested last Saturday (August 7th) for allegedly possessing a forged American Express card to purchase almost $8,000 worth of clothes from the Hermes store on Madison Avenue. Police were inside the store conducting surveillance when Gavin, 35, and three associates arrived at the high-end boutique. A 31-year-old man named Warren David allegedly attempted to use the card. When the men attempted to leave the store, police approached them, but the driver, Derwin Benoit, led police on a 90-mph chase, before he finally pulled over and surrendered.”

The whole family gonna be in jail afterwhile! SMH!

Welp! The show must go on! Foxy Brown held her concert last night at BB Kings in NYC (the same show she was arrested for practicing). And after some of these photo’s I wish the cops would’ve haul her off to jail on the spot! (Look at the guy in the background! “Why is she wearing a skin tone rhinoceros leather toga?”)

RadarOnline is reporting that Nene’s son, Bryson Bryant, is in the Gwinnett County Detention Center with two charges listed against him, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to appear.

As of now, Nene has failed to comment…but we all know Nene is a talker, so I’m sure she will have something to say!
