Fresh from his release from the Yuma Arizona jail, DMX gave his first interview with AllHipHop. As he walked from them gates, X said the first thing he could do was thank GOD. During his 8 month stint (this time), DMX said for the most part he only listened to his own music. Outside of that, it’s old school. “I listened to Evelyn Champaigne, Gladys Knight, Keith Sweat.” One artist that he wants to collab with is the King of The South, T.I. Maybe we may get that in the next couple of weeks once Tip is released.

DMX was supposed to be released from his Arizona cell tomorrow, but due to his latest infractions at the jail, his released has been delayed.

Law enforcements informed TMZ that during X’s stay at the Yuma jail, X was caught in possession of drugs, being disrespectful, being disruptive, and more.

I don’t like Drake. It’s nothing that he did to me, He actually is talented. He’s very talented,” X explained in an interview. “Yeah, I don’t like him. It ain’t nothing personal. I don’t like his stuff. He is talented. He has a little wordplay here and there, but when I see him and hear him it’s like — ‘Money, I’m not rockin with that.

I could have help the state of Arizona save alot of money with this one. Plus, I could have told them this 48 lock-ups ago.

Just last month, DMX was denied bail after he was locked up for violating his probation. He was sentenced to another year in jail. At his sentencing, Judge Christine Mulleneaux told him she believes he has “an undiagnosed mental condition,” possibly bi-polar disorder.

DMX’s manager, Nakia Walker, wouldn’t comment specifically on whether DMX might have a mental disorder, but she says she wasn’t surprised when he was moved to a mental-health unit. The rapper himself always has refused to comment on speculation about his mental state. (PhoenixNewTime)

X was admitted to the Flamenco Mental Health Unit at Alhambra on December 20. According to Walker, he will not be allowed to have visitors for 30 days.

Just days before he was arrested, again, DMX was in Arizona where he had some not-so-nice words for Jay Z. In an interview that X’s manager, Naka Walker, did with XXL Magazine, she explains why X was arrested and speaks on the Jay Z diss.

XXL Mag:

Walker told XXL that the Yonker’s MC was arrested for failing to meet with his probation officer and could face up to eight months in jail if convicted.

“Earl sometimes has a hard time following the rules, that’s all,” Walker said. “He didn’t check in with his probation officer and pretty much [they] extended their hand and they violated him.”

As far as apologizing to Jay Z, Walker explained that X planned to issue a video apology.

“Jay called Swizz and Swizz called us and we’ve been on the phone, back and forth over the last couple of days,” she said. “He was just freestyling, he doesn’t feel that way at all; not at all.”

Hmm, lets see-where do I start? Him saying F Jay Z last week and now wanting to apologize, leads me to what one of my Twitter followers said…he must ne high! Then, if Jay Z is his boy-1: Why would he say that? 2: A video apology? Really???

During a show in Arizona over the weekend, DMX decided to diss Jay Z.

“New York to AZ, n*ggas must be crazy. I’m the dog, f*ck Jay-Z!”

After venting about how dope he is on the mic, X decided to explain why he doesn’t like Jay Z.

“We got all these n*ggas talking about Bentleys and mansions and pool parties. We don’t got that sh*t son! My take on this is, if you got Patron in your cup, good for you! You got a bitch you want to f*ck, good for you! You sittin’ on 24s? Good for you! You got Lamborghini doors? Good for you! Because at the end of the day, I ain’t got that sh*t. And I don’t really give a f*ck if you got that sh*t. Because you ain’t givin’ it to me!”

Is it Jay Z fault that he worked for what he has? It damn sure aint Jay Z’s fault for all the legal probelms that Earl got into. Check out the video of DMX’s rant.
