When T.I. returned from jail for the second time, he had a weekend full of partying. Some websites, and dj’s made some noise saying that it wasn’t his place. He first addressed it on Twitter on why he should be able to party. Now, he is going straight to the source and confronting them.

“Prior to that, this is my job, this is what I do. Going to parties and doing that, that’s part of what I do. I picked up paper at all them parties. And I’ve been gone for a while, so you don’t want me to get my money?”

50 Cent was probably one of the most outspoken when T.I. and Tiny got pulled over last year, and drugs were found in their Maybach. That arrest was a violation of Tip’s probation, which sent him back to prison for 11 months. During that time, 50 Cent (along with others) felt that Tiny should have taken the rap for T.I., hence he just came home from jail. Now that The King of The South is out of jail, T.I. is speaking on 50 Cent being verbal about his wife.

When T.I. left the Atlanta halfway house just after midnight on September 29th, he was a man of few words. Matter of fact, all he did was throw up the dueces. In his first interview since being released, Tip has more than enough to say. A small town in Alabama is now giving petty offenders a choice of sentencing that’s pretty much unheard of, until now. Jail or church. The town of Bay Minette kicked off Operation Restore Our Community this week, giving misdemeanor lawbreakers the choice between a year of church-going or fines and jail.

But some people are opposed to the idea, citing it as unconstitutional. Hear both sides of the story, after the jump!

T.I.’s lawyer, Jonathan Leonard should be smacked in his mouth for misleading us yesterday.

TMZ reports, that T.I. is free. The King of The South, has been released from the Arkansas jail this morning at 7:29pm. He went to Twitter immediately following his release.

Tip is en route to either a community living facility or home confinement.

T.I. was originally scheduled to be released on September 29.

T.I. will also do a reality show on Vh1 upon his release, get the details after the jump.

DMX was supposed to be released from his Arizona cell tomorrow, but due to his latest infractions at the jail, his released has been delayed.

Law enforcements informed TMZ that during X’s stay at the Yuma jail, X was caught in possession of drugs, being disrespectful, being disruptive, and more.

To tell yall the absolute truth, I forgot Gucci Mane was even in jail…

But remember a couple months ago when we reported that Gucci was arrested for pushing a young lady out of a Hummer, well he’s been incarcerated ever since for violating his probation which has been in effect since 2005.

Well the prosecution in the case wanted Gucci Mane to stay incarcerated for a total of 17 months. But when Gucci went into a Fulton County jail (after being transferred there from another jail in DeKalb County) he received some great news.
