Monica is in hustle mode as she prepares to drop her new album, New Life, on November 29th. Over the weekend, she was on the set of her new single, Until It’s Gone, with her husband Shannon, actors Malinda Williams and Brian White. Unfortunately, things got a little bloody on the set.

Since Friday, the rumor mill has been rolling about Laker’s own Shannon Brown (whom recently married Monica) was cheating on her with his teammates, Paul Gasol’s girlfriend.

It was reported that after the game with Dallas Mavs, Gasol and Brown almost came to blows in the locker room and had to be seperated by other players. Word has been going around that during the whole season, Gasol’s girlfriend and Brown were allegedly doing the pants off-dance off, according to Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa.

It looks like Monica’s ‘Love All Over Me’ really was an imitation of life, as reports are saying now that she and her basketball fiance’, Shannon Brown, have finally tied the knot.

The two have been living together in LA since last November (some even said they got married in November of last year).

According to SandraRose, a source revealed the singer went into the Clayton County office two weeks ago to swap her name to Brown:

I heard recently thru a friend that Monica is married and keeping things hush! She had her name change recently @ the dmv in clayton county. My friend states since November. Congrats to Monica if this is true.

If there rumors are true, congrats to Monica & Shannon.

Now that Monica is an official ‘Basketball Wife’, will she get a call from Shaunie to be on the next season?

Well, it looks like Monica’s ‘Love All Over Me’ video is imitating life after all.
